Dr. Carol Sager, President of Sager
Educational Enterprises, is
an internationally recognized consultant and executive job coach who
specializes in areas related to Change Leadership and Personal Leadership
Training. Dr. Sager has provided leadership for numerous state and national
change initiatives focused on increasing productivity, workplace safety
issues, school reform, and crime and drug policy. She is Vice President of
the American Society for Quality.
Kathy Freitas, PHR,
A director of human resources, has developed HR programs and services in small
start up companies, large corporations and across all sectors of the
economy.
Elzbieta Gazda
is an international management consultant and a business anthropologist. She
specializes in opening global markets, building partnership strategies and
Customer Relationship Management models.
Matthew Sager
has broad operational experience in
sales, engineering, application and systems management and has established
strategic alliances worldwide. A graduate of
the Juilliard School
and Harvard University, Matthew adds a unique blend of skills to our team.
Barbara Santiano
specializes in corporate quality management and has experience in
non-profits, government, and for profit organizations. She has helped

provided training in those areas. She is a RABQSA certified Quality Systems
Auditor and an Achieve Global certified trainer.
Ray Schumack
has more than 30 years experience in marketing and corporate communications.
He specializes in investor relations, employee relations and working with
the news media. He has been an adjunct professor at Long Island University
where he developed and taught a course in financial public relations.
Greg Tutunjian
specializes in program management
focusing on the integration of information architecture and business
processes. He is widely recruited to lead failing and at-risk programs and
