Those of us charged with improving processes are requiring people to change.  The difficulty lies not so much in recognizing what must change, but in dealing with people who resist it.  The fact is that people choose to accept change, or not. Influencing people’s choices to change depends largely on finding the need (reasons for resistance) and filling it.
